Payment + production
A secure checkout link is provided after review. Production begins only after payment, usable artwork and mockup approval are received.
Custom-item refunds
Because custom items are made specifically for the customer, payments for custom orders are nonrefundable once submitted, except where required by law or covered by our quality promise below.
Our quality promise
If A’levated Attire makes a verified production error or the completed item materially differs from the approved production mockup, contact us promptly with clear photos. We will review the affected item and provide an appropriate correction or reprint when the error is ours.
Customer-supplied details
Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors and artwork shown on the final approval mockup. Approved customer errors are not production errors.
Product availability
Catalog images are visual examples. Exact blank, material, cut, shade and details can vary based on availability. Customers requiring a specific brand or look must request and confirm it before payment.
Turnaround + rush service
Regular turnaround is confirmed with the quote. Rush service for two business days or less may be available for an additional $50 after payment, approval and usable files are received.
Shipping + pickup
Shipping is an additional fee based on destination, package dimensions and weight. Tracking is provided after carrier acceptance. Local pickup may be arranged when available.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website is used to review requests, communicate about orders and provide requested services. Do not upload sensitive financial, medical or identity documents.
